Shipping Policy:
Currently we only ship to U.S. destinations. Normally shipments are made within 1 business day following
receipt of payment.
In the unlikely event an item is out of stock or the quantity ordered exceeds our on hand inventory, we
will contact you immediately to determine your preference of cancelling the order and receiving a full refund, holding the
order until all items are available or backordering the out of stock item. Backorders are generally shipped within 5
working days
.
Items are shipped by USPS First Class Mail but we will ship Priority Mail if requested.
We off a flat shipping rate of $ 2.00 that includes shipping & handling, postage and free insurance.
Shipping via USPS Priority Mail is available although we have found the time gained is usually no more
than 1-2 days.
The Priority shipping rate is $ 5.00 and may be added when you finalize your shopping cart.
Sales Tax: Applicable Sales tax is due on purchases within the State of Ohio.

Guarantee & Return Policy
All items listed for sale are in New Condition and carry a 1 (one) year warranty against manufacturing
defects.
In addition, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted if mailed within
7 (Seven) days of your receipt and returned in like new condition. We will promply refund your purchase cost
based on your original payment method plus the actual USPS First Class Postage to return the item.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon purchase. We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard as well as Certified Check or Money
Order.
An invoice will be sent with the appropriate shipping calculated using USPS First Class Mail. Please
specify on your remittence if you desire Priority Shipping.
